How It Works
1. Book Your Visit
Choose your service, select a convenient appointment time, and securely complete your booking online.
Earth Sent Wellness is a private-pay virtual practice. To keep care simple and accessible, we do not bill insurance. Payment is required at the time of booking and may be made using a debit or credit card.
2. Complete Your Forms
After booking, you'll receive an email with your intake and consent forms. Please complete and submit all required forms at least 24 hours before your appointment.

3. Attend Your Virtual Visit
At the time of your appointment, log in to the patient portal and join your secure video visit. For the best experience, choose a quiet, private location with a reliable internet connection.
